Wanna do somethin’?

Ingrid is watching the debate in Cleveland. Looks like I’ve got some time to kill. I’d play Mario Kart – but Hillary Clinton’s head is taking up my tv instead.

CBS has the 3 full seasons of TOS – 2 seasons of Twilight Zone and some other stuff – available through flash.

When you need a satellite shot down – who do you go to? the Navy. duh.

I’m guessing the green on the rotor tips comes from sparks as they strike sand. That’s what I’ve seen with helos anyway, could be wrong. If it’s not that- then my other guess is light reflecting on the white stripes on the end of the blades. UPDATE- Apparently their are lights on the tips of the blades. Never heard of that before- read about it in the following thread. http://www.airliners.net/discussions/military/read.main/80996/ Click on this little one to see the full size version.

Well, Atlantis undocked from the space station today. They should be back here in Florida on Wednesday if everything goes well.

Out at Kennedy Endeavour rolled out to the pad. If all goes well, they will take off March 11th if all goes well. They are delivering new components to the space station, like Atlantis just did.

There will be a total lunar eclipse on Wednesday night, the 20th. From the linked article, “On Wednesday evening, February 20th, the full Moon over the Americas will turn a delightful shade of red and possibly turquoise, too. It’s a total lunar eclipse, the last one until Dec. 2010.”
