No, I have not. I've never done anything with GIS in any language. I'm more of a hobby developer, self-taught, etc.

Interesting that you saw the original- we recorded both awhile ago and haven't watched either but were curious about the differences. You have renewed my interest though, we'll do it soon and let you know what we think!

Good move on going for body recomposition rather than just scale weight loss.

In case you are unaware of this, there was a study a while back which showed that a 150lb man who did a 45 minute workout with simple compound moves (IIRC it was bench, squats, deads and cleans) burned an average of 700 calories over the next two days - on top of what they burned during the workout. It's due to this magic thing called EOPC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption) which you don't tend to get much of with cardio

And I'll shut up now :-) (blame Tony Noland for introducing me to your blog)

It's all about a way of life. Pace yourself and don't overshoot too soon. Keep going, I know you can do it. Good for you.

Makes me laugh. We had a dead battery in the van this morning because I left the interior lights on by accident while looking for Rachel's pumpkin ear. You are the best honey!

You may want to host the video on your own instead of Youtube if the ad's/recommended similar videos afterwards would take people totally to a different place or product or for that matter just may be innappropriate for your audience.
